By using songgenerator.ai, which incorporates TopMediai’s Music Generation API, you agree to these Terms.
Our platform offers AI-generated music creation based on user inputs (text or voice), with features varying by subscription or usage plan.
Generated music is licensed to you royalty-free under terms defined by us and TopMediai. TopMediai’s API terms also apply.
You own rights to your generated music. Our code and TopMediai’s API remain our respective intellectual property.
Fees are based on selected plans or usage, billed periodically. Billing details are available in your account dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may cancel anytime—refunds handled under our Refund Policy.
Service is provided “AS IS”. We disclaim all warranties. Liability is capped at the amount paid in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and TopMediai harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service.
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use equals acceptance.
Terms governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes resolved via negotiation, then binding arbitration.
Our service uses TopMediai’s API. You acknowledge that all content is copyrighted by TopMediai, and is provided to you under TopMediai’s usage terms:
