About AI Song Generator

AI Song Generator is a web app for making music with AI. You start from an idea, your own lyrics, an image, a video or an audio reference, and the Studio turns it into a complete song. Every result is saved to your private library with its versions, so you can come back to it, extend it or change one part without starting again.

It is built for people who want finished music rather than a one-off experiment: creators who need tracks for videos and podcasts, songwriters testing ideas, and anyone making a song for a birthday, a wedding or a game.

The tools available depend on your plan, and the pricing page lists exactly which plan includes which tool.

There is no free Studio plan. You choose a Weekly, Creator, Pro or Studio plan, and each plan includes Studio credits that refresh every period; annual plans are billed once a year and still refresh credits every month. Each action shows its credit cost before you confirm, and a generation that fails is refunded automatically.

Subscribers can buy top-ups when they need more credits. You can cancel online at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you can get a full refund within 14 days of a payment if you have not used any credits from it.

We do not claim ownership of what you create. As our Terms explain, we assign to you the rights we have in the outputs created through your account, and commercial use is allowed subject to those Terms and to the conditions of the underlying model providers. Your rights in songs made while you had a paid plan continue after the plan ends.

Whether AI-generated music can be registered for copyright depends on the law where you are and on how much of the work is your own creative input. Our guide on AI music and copyright explains the current position.

The Studio refuses prompts that ask it to imitate a named real artist, checks uploaded audio against known recordings, and only animates photos of real people after you confirm you have their consent. Using your own voice requires a verification step, and nobody can use another person's voice.

Anyone who believes content published on AI Song Generator infringes their rights can file a claim through our Copyright Policy page, and abusive content can be reported from any public page.

Everything you generate starts in your private library. A track only becomes public if you choose to publish it, and you can unpublish it or delete your account and data at any time. Our Privacy Policy lists the service providers that process data for us and why.

AI Song Generator is operated by Byte Nimble Inc., a company based in the United States. Our Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Payments are processed by Stripe.
