Referral Program Terms
The AI Song Generator referral program lets you invite friends with a personal link: your friend gets a discount on their first payment, and you get Studio credits once they become a paying subscriber. These terms add to our Terms of Service and take priority over them for the program.
Section 01
1. Who can take part
Any AI Song Generator account in good standing gets a referral link in the Studio under Refer & earn. You can share the link without a paid plan, but rewards are only added while you have an active subscription (see section 4).
- Staff accounts, and accounts that are suspended, closed or under review for abuse, cannot earn rewards.
- You may not refer yourself, including through a second account, a shared payment card or a household member acting on your behalf.
- The program may not be available in every country, and we may limit or end it as described in section 9.

2. How a referral is counted
A referral counts when a person who has never had an AI Song Generator account creates one after following your link, or types your code on the sign-up form, and then buys a paid plan.
- Your link is remembered on your friend's device for the attribution period shown on your referral page. The first valid link they follow is the one that counts; a later link does not replace it.
- A code typed on the sign-up form takes priority over a link.
- Each new account can be referred only once, and a referral cannot be moved to another referrer after sign-up.
- Existing or former customers, accounts using disposable email addresses and accounts created only to collect rewards do not count.
- Your friend must buy a paid plan within the period shown on your referral page, counted from their sign-up.

3. Your friend's discount
A referred friend gets the discount shown on the sign-up page and in checkout on their first payment. Unless the offer says otherwise, it applies to the first month of a monthly plan only. It is applied automatically at checkout, applies once, cannot be combined with other promotions, and has no cash value.

4. Your reward
For each qualifying referral you receive the number of Studio credits shown on your referral page when your friend signed up. Reward credits are added to your top-up balance, where they are used after your plan's monthly credits.
- Rewards are added after a hold period, counted from your friend's first successful payment, so that refunds and payment disputes can settle first.
- You must have an active paid subscription when the reward is due. If you don't, the reward waits for you for a limited time (shown on your referral page and in our reminder) and is added as soon as you subscribe. If you don't subscribe in time, it expires.
- There is a monthly limit on the number of rewards per account. Referrals beyond the limit are reviewed manually and may be approved or declined.
- Reward credits follow the same rules as other top-up credits in our Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.

5. Refunds, disputes and reversals
If your friend's qualifying payment is refunded or disputed, the referral no longer qualifies. If the reward was already added during the reversal window, we remove the reward credits from your top-up balance. If you have already spent them, we remove what is left and the shortfall is recorded on your account.

7. Fraud and abuse
We check referrals automatically and manually for signs of abuse, such as repeated payment cards, linked accounts and unusual sign-up patterns. Referrals that look abusive may be held for review or declined. If we find abuse, we may decline or reverse rewards, remove you from the program, and take action on the accounts involved under our Terms of Service.

8. Privacy
Your referral page shows each referral as an anonymous entry with its status. We never show you your friends' names, email addresses or payment details, and we never tell your friend who referred them beyond what you share yourself. To run the program we store a first-party cookie that remembers the referral code, count link visits per day, and keep a one-way hash of the payment card fingerprint to detect repeated cards. 9. Changes and ending the program
We may change the reward, the discount, the time periods or these terms, or end the program, at any time. Changes apply to referrals made after the change; referrals already made keep the reward that applied when your friend signed up. If we end the program, rewards that have already qualified are still added under these terms.
