Cookie Policy
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect the Service and remember your settings. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you agree, and you can change your choice at any time.
Section 02
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These are needed for the Service to work, so they can't be switched off in our settings. They don't track you across other websites.
- Sign-in session: keeps you logged in and secures your session. Set by our authentication system when you sign in.
- Security: helps us detect bots and attacks and protect forms. Our content delivery and security provider, Cloudflare, may set its own security cookies for this purpose.
- Consent choice: remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies.
- Preferences: remembers settings such as player volume, interface choices and unsent Studio drafts, usually in local storage on your device.
Section 03
3. Referral cookies
These are set only when you follow someone's referral link (an address starting with /r/). They let us apply the friend discount and credit the right person if you create an account. They are first-party, are not shared with other companies, and don't track you across other websites.
- sg_ref: the referral code you followed and when you first followed it. It cannot be read by scripts on the page and expires after the attribution period shown in the Referral Program Terms, or earlier once your account is created.
- sg_ref_offer: only the size of the discount, so our pages can show it. It contains no code and no information about who referred you, and is removed after your first checkout.
Section 04
4. Analytics cookies (optional)
With your consent, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are visited and where people get stuck. We configure them so they don't collect prompts, lyrics, file links or other content. If you don't consent, these cookies are not set.
We do not currently run any analytics tool. If we add one, such as Google Analytics (cookie names beginning with _ga), we will name it here and load it only after you accept optional cookies.
With the same consent, a first-party cookie named sg_acq remembers for 30 days how you first found us: the referring website, search engine or AI assistant, any campaign name in the link, and the page you landed on. It holds no identifier. If you create an account, we copy it to your account once so we can see which channels bring customers, and then delete the cookie.
Section 05
5. Third-party services
Some parts of the website hand you over to, or embed, services run by other companies.
- Payments: checkout runs on Stripe's pages, where Stripe sets its own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention under its privacy policy.
- Free demos: on our free tool pages, the third-party Hugging Face demo loads as you scroll to it. Hugging Face and the demo's owner may set cookies or use local storage under their own policies. Our credit line above each demo links to its page on Hugging Face.
- Advertising: we don't use advertising cookies, and we don't allow advertising networks to track you on our website.
Section 06
6. Your choices
You can accept or decline optional cookies when you first visit, and change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Declining optional cookies doesn't affect how the Service works. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in from working.
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a refusal of optional analytics.
Section 07
7. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we add or remove a tool that uses cookies, and the date on this page shows the latest version. For more about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
