Billing FAQ
How billing works
How do Studio credits work?
Your plan adds Studio credits every month. Each action has a credit cost, shown before you confirm. Credits are reserved when a job starts and settled when it finishes.
Do annual plans get all their credits up front?
No. Annual plans are billed once a year, but credits refresh every month — exactly like monthly plans.
Is there a weekly plan?
Yes. The weekly plan is billed every week and its credits refresh every week. It includes song generation, lyrics and extending your songs; editing, stems and video start with Creator. It costs more per credit than a monthly plan, so it suits trying the Studio; cancel anytime.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset to your plan's monthly allowance at each refresh, so unused subscription credits don't carry over. Top-up credits are separate: they don't expire while your account exists, subject to our Terms.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Subscribers can buy top-up packs from billing settings at any time. Top-ups are only sold to active subscribers, and using credits requires an active plan.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits for a failed job are returned to your balance automatically. If only part of a result is delivered — for example one of two variations — you are charged proportionally.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings in a few clicks — no calls or retention mazes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and we show exactly what happens to your credits before you confirm. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
No. You can create an account and look around the Studio, but generating, transforming and exporting require an active paid plan.
Do plans include different tools?
Yes. Every plan can make songs. Creator adds editing, the vocal remover and visualizers; Pro adds multi-stem splits, MIDI, mashups and AI music videos up to 720p; Studio adds cinematic video models at 1080p, your own singer voice, more generations at once and priority in the queue. The comparison above lists every live tool by plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, through the billing portal. When you upgrade, the additional monthly credits and the tools of the higher plan are added straight away. If you move to a lower plan, everything you already made stays in your library; only the tools of the higher plan stop. See our Terms.
